crane.\nThe damaged roller and bearing were replaced with new components.\nAdditionally, the damaged section of the crane wire rope was cut and removed, and a new thimble (wire rope socket\/eye) was properly installed.\nAll necessary repair works were completed to ensure the crane\u2019s safe and reliable operation.<br> Hasarl\u0131 roller ve rulman yenileriyle kullan\u0131larak krank milinin eksenel hareketi ve dairesel sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 kontrol edildi. Yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler ile krank milinin mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma durumu ve ilgili yataklama sisteminin mekanik durumu de\u011ferlendirildi.<br>Bu kontrollerin amac\u0131, yeni ke\u00e7enin montaj\u0131ndan \u00f6nce ke\u00e7enin tekrar ka\u00e7ak yapmas\u0131na veya erken deformasyona u\u011framas\u0131na neden olabilecek olas\u0131 mekanik uygunsuzluklar\u0131 tespit etmekti.<br>\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm ve kontrollerin ard\u0131ndan krank ke\u00e7esi yenilenerek montaj sonras\u0131 gerekli kontroller tamamland\u0131.<br>Bizim i\u00e7in bak\u0131m yaln\u0131zca ar\u0131zal\u0131 par\u00e7an\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi de\u011fil; \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm, kontrol ve teknik de\u011ferlendirme ile sistemin ger\u00e7ek durumunun ortaya konulmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alignfull ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">\u2699\ufe0f Scania DI12 45 Generator \u2013 Crankshaft Oil Seal Replacement<br>Before replacing the crankshaft oil seal, we did not approach the job as a simple seal replacement.<br>Prior to replacing, the crankshaft axial movement and radial runout were checked using a dial indicator. These measurements were used to assess the crankshaft&#8217;s operating condition and the mechanical condition of the related bearing system.<br>The purpose of these checks was to identify any potential mechanical irregularities that could lead to recurring oil leakage or premature seal failure before installing the new seal.<br>Following the measurements and inspections, the crankshaft oil seal was replaced and the required post-installation checks were completed.<br>For us, maintenance is not simply about replacing a failed component; it is about measuring, verifying and technically d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alignfull ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">\u2699\ufe0fOur technical service team recently carried out a repair and commissioning service on the UV unit of an Alfa Laval Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) installed onboard a vessel belonging to one of our clients in Hamburg, Germany.<br>The work carried out included:<br>Replacement and programming of the faulty Lamp Power Supply Unit.<br>Replacement of the defective UV lamps.<br>Completion of the necessary checks and testing, followed by successful commissioning of the BWTS and restoration of normal system operation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top ext-animate--on is-layout-flow
